Welcome to Greek Travel App, owned and operated by GreekApps. By subscribing to and using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.
Subscription Fee
- There is an annual subscription fee for the App. This fee is non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the date of your initial subscription unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
License to Use
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is provided solely for your personal enjoyment and benefit in connection with the services offered through the App.
Account Registration
- You must register for an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
User Conduct
- You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized;
- Harms or attempts to harm users or third parties;
- Violates the rights of others, including copyright, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws;
- Transmits or uploads viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
Content
- All content provided through the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Cancellation and Refund
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will have access to the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law. If you believe exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us.
Changes to Terms and Services
- We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify you through the App or by email.
- We may also change or discontinue all or part of the App, at any time, without notice.

- The App and all content therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided on the App and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country/state in which the Company is registered (Greece), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
